All electrical parts inside 96 thunderbird is acting weird?

Okay this car has been acting weird randomly the past 2 days. all the gauges are half *** working, the O/D off light flicks on and off sometimes, every once in a while the dinging sound when the door is open starts going off, the clock only half works, windshield wipers move very slow and well everything electrical either doesn't work or is half *** working. I took it to O'Rilleys to do an alternator test and my alternator was only putting out 60 amps when it should be producing 130. So I bought a new alternator and installed it, I got it about 20 miles with no problems then it started doing the same thing again. Now before the alternator sometimes it would die and just have the battery light on. So far it has not died yet but everything else is still doing the same now. I hooked up the battery to a charger and my charger said it went from 100% to 70% so I guess it is losing a charge now also. Hooked up a new battery and it has done the same. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be happening? I would think if it was a short it would blow a fuse or something and it would only be maybe 1 or 2 problems and not every single electrical thing ******* up on this car. I am going to unplug the battery for an hr or 2 to reset the ecu and hope that may just be what it needs and if that is not the problem then I am completely out of ideas. If anyone has any information it would be very useful.
