My car doesnt wanna move unless im over 3000rpm? Eg civic coupe with B20?

Hey Ive got an eg civic coupe with a B20 with Ls LSD tranny, 0bd1 PR4 ecu, when i put the car into first and start accelerating i have to leave the clutch in till 3000 rpms and then let out the clutch or the car doesnt wanna move...the car wont go anywhere unless i start at 3000rpm, if i try accelerating from an idle it wont move...any ideas? could this be because of really bad ignition? thanks for any help
