APR has ecu's that operate through your cruise control and can be turned on and off with several performance modes. They are supposedly undetectable by dealer VAG computers. Contact them they are awesome with german cars. Also, even if you modify the car and something happens the dealer has to prove that the parts you added caused the malfunction. Tires and wheels are definitely safe.
