How do i do a k20 swap into my 97 civic hx?

Got a couple questions i found a k20a3 out of an 05 si for sale.. comes with (stock) Motor,Trany,ECU, and Wiring harness. for $1000 was wondering if this was a good deal and also if i do get it what other parts will i need to swap it into my 97 civic hx?.. I think the swap is out of a hatch wanted to know why do people prefer the k20's from the rsx type s over these k's?
