Someone tell me if i should buy this integra.?

I wouldn't. I'd spend $4500 on an Integra that hasn't been modified. Not hard to find if you look state wide. A car like the one you described has probably been beat into the ground and driven like a race car. Unless you're a mechanic and/or have a experience fixing cars and some spare cash, i wouldn't buy it. You'd be better off buying one stock and putting those mods on yourself. I know it's cheaper to buy one with a swap in it already but the motor was only put in to race and that does damage to the internals. A couple drives won't let you determine if the car is reliable.
