Which school NCSU or ECU?

I will be joining the ROTC at either school but I want to know peoples thoughts on which school would be better in the long run for me. I want to be a vet in the army and NCSU, in Raleigh NC, has the vet school I want to attend however will my chances of being accepted go down if I get my undergrad at ECU in greenville NC? Or will it go up if I am a student at NCSU all ready. BTW the cost difference between the two schools is only a couple grand.
