Help with F20b in 98 accord lx?

I have a usdm 98 accord lx manual and thinking of installing a jdm f20b (97-01 jdm accord sir-t) but I have very little knowledge about all this I have someone who can do it but I just want to get prior knowledge so I don't get fooled ....can I used my stock transmission, I heard things about ecu and obd do I need to get this , will I need any wire harness , or axles , motor mounts....what other parts I will need or what modifications will be have to made ...
