How much HP would an Invidia N1 exhaust ad, along with a an AAM Competition ECU Flash?

Parents letting me get $1300 bucks for graduation, decided to use it on my car, would I have enough money left over to have it installed proffesionaly? If not me and my brother can certainly do it. And is it legal in Texas to have this?
