What honda engine should I go with in my Integra?

Ok, I have a 94' Integra GSR with a H22a4 swap and it's also boosted. The motor is currently blown up so I am exploring my options and trying to get some info on what I should do. So should I: 1) Rebuild my motor, 2)Buy another H22a4, 3) Buy a different motor such as a H23? I wanna keep it boosted and I don't want to do any other kind of mods. I want something that is going to bolt right up and can use everything I currently have on the car (ecu, turbo, etc.). It has a H23 transmission as well. I have right around a $1000 to spend so I have a low budget. Please just let me know what I can do with my current budget/parts. Any help would be greatly appreciated
