Worth getting a ecu remap for this car?

Only you can answer that. I'm guessing about $500 if they have a reprogram. It will cost more for a costume tune. I had my 1.8t VW Passat remapped and I love it and I think it was worth it. They did remove the limiter. I have an Audi Performance Racing tune. APR might have one for you or GIAC is another good company. They might have a tunner that they can send you in the mail. With that tunner you can upload and remove it via the OBD Port that sould be under the dash somewhere above your knees.
