B16a2 into 96 civic hx coupe! need help please!?

Hey I did a b16a2 99 si swap into my 1996 civic hx coupe, everything is done and good to go but we are running into a really stupid small problem... We are getting power in the inside of the car, dash lights everything but no power to the motor at all, we had the starter checked twice and it was fine... No power at all you cant even hear the fuel pump click. I just got a p28 ecu programmed and mapped for the car.. So it is something electrical.. Anyone WITH ANY ADVICE would be greatly appreciated we are so close.. Thank you.
