You can use a programmable controller or you can build with 3 ic a specific delay circuit.You will need a LM 474 and 2 LM 4121 to build it.I can,t send you the circuit diagram via Yahoo answers so contact me on "cezartrandabat@yahoo.com" so I can send you the circuit diagram!
